Summer bummer

April has metformin hcl and pregnancy finally arrived. Summer is indeed here. With the daily rotating brownouts still going on, it becomes a huuuuge oven at home for a couple of hours or three. April also means that the uber popular iPad is coming! Woot! Okay, my lappy’s for sale when the iPad arrives here, any takers?

So April, what do you have in store for me? I’m supposed to accompany Blithe to her oath taking in Manila. Problem is, I’m a big spender and a sucker for luxurious accommodations (finally admitting it). And since I’m scheduled for a late summer trip on May, I’m still thinking if I should cut a huge chunk from my savings to fund that trip to manila. Unless Blithe will  be willing to pay for even 1 night on that ultra plush accommodation I wanted. LOL.

Do you have any travel plans this summer? I would love love love to go to the beach but it’s about a 2-hour drive from here and I don’t have that urge to get a tan. Like what I said before, I’m not a sun worshiper – I only love the beach at night So if you’re planning on going to the beach anytime soon, don’t forget to bring tons of SPF, sunglasses, plenty of water, a good book and your handy mp3 player!
